The annual meeting of the New Salem Cemetery Corporation will be Saturday, August 23, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at Cayce Baptist Church. (Officers and board members will meet at 12:30 p.m. prior to the annual meeting.) Please mark your calendar accordingly and share this with your family and friends! Your presence and participation is needed and would be greatly appreciation. Work days dates (usually in October and April) will be set at this annual meeting.
"Save The Stones Fund" has been established to raise independent cash earmarked for the preservation and repair of the tombstones. These donations will help buy chemicals, materials, supplies, tools, etc . Label your check: "Save The Stones Fund" .

Please Note: We now have another method of paying dues and giving donations. New Salem Cemetery Corporation now has a Venmo account! You can now pay your dues and make a donation using Venmo. When you open your Venmo app, search for New Salem Cemetery Corporation under the “Business” tab (search for our logo - see above) Just give a description of your dues and/or donation.. However, since our account is not a personal account, there is a service fee of 1.9% plus $.10. So if you use Venmo, please consider increasing your payment/donation accordingly to cover this convenience fee. Thank you!

Please remember Joe Armour, former president of the New Salem Cemetery Corporation, in your thoughts and prayers, as he continues his battle with bile duct cancer. He was diagnosed with cancer in February 2025.
